through the Living Yoga Program in Austin.

based on Iyengar and Anusara styles of yoga
and is generally creative, uplifting,
nurturing and light-hearted.
Classes are accessible to all levels, from the
first-time yogi to the intermediate practitioner.
Beth also leads gentle, donation-based classes for cancer warriors (patients, survivors and care-givers) through her program, Yoga Can.
